1. Who is responsible

2. What we process and why
- Meta Pixel (only with your consent). If you click "Accept" in the cookie banner, Meta's pixel records page views and clicks on the buy button, together with technical data such as your IP address, browser and device information and cookie identifiers. We use this only to measure and improve our ads. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. processes this data as described in Meta's privacy policy, and it may be transferred outside the EU/EEA.
- Your cookie choice. Your Accept/Decline decision is stored in your browser's local storage (key
cookie-consent) so we don't ask again. It never leaves your device. - Hosting logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as IP address and request details to deliver the site and keep it secure. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
If you click "Decline", no Meta Pixel is loaded and no advertising cookies are set. The site works the same.
3. Purchases

4. How long we keep data
Advertising data collected through Meta Pixel is kept according to Meta's retention rules. Hosting logs are kept only as long as needed for security and operations.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can withdraw your cookie consent at any time using Cookie settings; withdrawal does not affect processing that happened before. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
